A 2 ½ day workshop to create a closer connection to your true
nature and a more balanced relationship with food.

Do you focus compulsively on food to distract
yourself from other issues? Do you try to numb your feelings with
food? Do you use food either to push people away or pull them closer
to you? Living each day with an obsession on food can be excruciatingly
painful. But it does not have to be. In this workshop, you can gain
a greater understanding of the ways you use food to cope and the
issues underlying your obsession. Learn to express and transform
uncomfortable feelings, change distorted thought patterns, and communicate
in a clear and loving way to yourself and others. You will discover
how to see yourself in others, how to experience self-love and receive
love from others, as well as how to connect with a power in the
universe greater than yourself.
In addition to psychodrama and experiential
techniques this workshop incorporates nutritional information, meditation,
and one sweat lodge ceremony.
