We all have pain; and when we see things ONLY through the lens of our pain we are often drawn to negative patterns which manifest fear, loneliness, anger, guilt and resentment in our lives. We have a difficult time feeling truly peaceful, and we often experience a deep inner and outer unhappiness.
We replay this old script over and over on different stages with different actors throughout our lives. Along our lonely and isolated path we distract ourselves with the companions of illusory pleasures that are as temporary as the dew on a blade of grass.
We can learn how to transform our pain. We can change our script. We can learn to feel peaceful with our past and plant the seeds of happiness for our future. We have the ability within us to rescue ourselves. We have the ability to create lasting change.
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to become more aware of the stories you tell yourself based on your past experiences; to release old beliefs and habits and practice new ones; to transform our relationship to pain; to forgive and let go; to learn to love yourself and others unconditionally.
