3 Day Family Workshop

“Other things may change us, but we start and end with family.”

- Anthony Brandt

There are no dysfunctional families. Every family functions perfectly for optimum learning. Every behavior serves in some way. Mistakes are only a matter of perception. In this workshop you will learn to view things from an inner reality of mirrors and reflections versus an outer reality of blame and guilt.

Blame and guilt occur in families when the family members do not understand that they are responsible for their own reality. No one outside you has the power to make you feel, think, or do anything. When you do not understand this, you might place blame on other family members—waiting for them to change—thinking that when they do you will feel happy and peaceful. When you swing from happiness to depression depending on another’s behavior, you can feel exhausted and stressed.

In this workshop each family member will learn:

How to take responsibility for their own life
How to transcend judgment, guilt, blame, and anger
How to speak to each other directly, openly, and clearly
How to listen without becoming defensive
How to see through eyes of love and compassion in every situation
